The term “Heuriger” designates the young wine as well as the place where it is sold and consumed. In 1784 Emperor Joseph II. decreed, that any Austrian might sell home-produced foodstuffs, wine and fruit-wines on their premises, thus officially founding one of the most important convivial institutions in Austria.

Our „Heuriger“ is opened 6 times a year for 4 weeks. Our big garden and sunny terrace are inviting you to relax and enjoy yourself. Let the kids join in on the fun on the vineyard-located playground, as a parent just sit back, have a good time, experience the food, the wine, the company.

The menu will please you with impeccable, regional self produced food. Our meat originates from the parent’s farm and is joined with always freshly produced salads and spreads. The potatoes are growing on our own fields and in season fresh produce like tomatoes, herbs and fruits are harvested from our own (and our own grandmothers’) gardens.

Taste through our selection of wines by the glass before you are confronted with the challenge to decide which ones you like to take with you to enjoy at home or share with good friends.

We wish for our guests to enjoy themselves, escape from everyday life and look forward to coming again.
